This User Agreement is between you (the user) and Umrah Xpress. Please take a few minutes to read these Terms & Conditions before using our website or making any bookings. These terms explain the rules that guide Umrah Xpress.
By visiting our website, using our services, or making a booking, you agree to follow these terms completely. If you don’t agree with any part of them, please do not use the website or make a booking. Umrah Xpress has the right to update or change these Terms and Conditions at any time without notice. We encourage you to check our website regularly to be informed about any updates. If you notice any mistakes or missing details in your documents (like visas, flights, or tickets), please contact us immediately. Umrah Xpress will not be responsible for any issues reported after your documents are received and approved by you.
All the information we provide is shared with honesty, and we always try our best to keep it accurate and up to date. However, if any changes occur from airlines, hotels, or other service providers, we reserve the right to make imminent updates or modifications.
Umrah Xpress reserves the right to provide an alternative hotel if the confirmed hotel is not available. Hotel prices may change before full payment or booking confirmation, as they are subject to availability. Hotel information and star ratings are according to local Saudi Arabian standards. Room sizes and arrangements may sometimes change, e.g., from 3 to 5 or 7 persons, so travelers should keep realistic expectations.
After hotel booking, if any changes or issues arise, Umrah Xpress will try to provide a suitable alternative, but some situations may be beyond our control.
A deposit only secures your seats; it does not guarantee the final fare.
We recommend paying the remaining balance as soon as possible to avoid any increase in price. To confirm your booking, a deposit of 50% of the total package cost is required. Prices are always subject to availability.
All Zareen must have a passport valid for at least 6 months from the expiry date. Please check with the relevant embassy for the latest visa requirements. You must provide passport copies of all travelers along with 2 passport-sized photos. Keeping extra copies for your records is highly recommended. If you are not a British passport holder, you must also provide your biometric card, proof of residence, and a current visa valid for at least 6 months. Umrah Xpress cannot be held responsible for any delays, rejections, or issues with obtaining your visa.
Baggage allowance depends on each airline. We recommend that you check with your airline about your baggage limits before departure to avoid any surprises at the airport.
If, for any reason, you are not happy with our services you received from Umrah Xpress, please let us know in writing.
You can email your complaint to: [email protected]
For smooth travel, we recommend:
Check-in usually 1 hour before the flight, so please make sure to leave enough time to reach the airport.
If you haven’t already informed us about any special meal requirements, please let us know, and we will forward your request to the airline. Please note that meal requests cannot be guaranteed, but the airline will do its best to accommodate your preferences.
